It's rare to come across a real estate professional who can work 
effectively as a seller's agent and a buyer's agent but Kim can 
perform both functions effectively. We worked with Kim on the sale of 
our southwest Oakville home with the intention to move to a different 
neighbourhood. The entire experience was amazing. She armed us with accurate information so that we could set a price for the home that resulted in a sale in a short period of time without multiple price changes or extended periods on the market.
