Kim is the consummate professional, and yet is able to be wonderfully friendly and personal at the same time. She had amazing ideas on how to stage my home to sell it, and it sold quickly. Kim never loses her cool, even in what I thought a tricky situation. Kim has extraordinary business acumen and her presentation to me when pricing my home was very impressive and included exhaustive research. 

I trust Kim totally. No matter what happened I knew she could handle it. She guided me through the process of selling and purchasing a home with a happy and congenial air. effectively as a seller's agent and a buyer's agent but Kim can 
perform both functions effectively. We worked with Kim on the sale of 
our southwest Oakville home with the intention to move to a different 
neighbourhood. The entire experience was amazing. She armed us with accurate information so that we could set a price for the home that resulted in a sale in a short period of time without multiple price changes or extended periods on the market.
