At a Follow up Meeting I will present your Complimentary, No obligation Neighbourhood Review and in-depth Current Market Assessment of your home, and then if you wish -- review next steps to get your home on the market and SOLD.
Marketing Your Home to Buyers:
I will drive the Marketing of your home, from start to finish through a Comprehensive & Customized Program that encompasses:
- Staging your home to Optimize Buyer Appeal & impact in promotional materials by providing a Professional Stager's, room-by-room, Consultation with a written report – 'You never get a second chance to make a first impression'
- Targeting, attracting & motivating Qualified Buyers
- Engaging communications Professionals to create Compelling Advertising & Promotional Materials (online, print, onsite, etc.)
- Promoting your home Locally & Internationally: Direct marketing to existing clients & other agents; Online (MLS websites, My website); Social media (Facebook, YouTube); RE/MAX network & agents; Print; and Onsite
- Promoting & Conducting multiple Open Houses
- Scheduling, booking & Providing Feedback on buyer viewings
- Reinforcing the compelling virtues of your home versus competitive homes to interested buyers & their agents
- Ongoing Status Updates on current Competitive homes, New listings plus Housing market & Economic trends.
Managing Purchase Offers & Deal Negotiations:
- I will: Present & Review all offers with you; Provide counsel on & submit counter offers; Skillfully Negotiate the deal to optimize your selling price & conditions; Work with other related parties, such as your lawyer & service providers, to help Ensure your Closing is Seamless and Meets Your Satisfaction.

If and as required, I have an established network of Ancillary Service Providers that can assist with pre & post sale services such as: Stagers, Home repairs, Landscape cleanup, Real Estate lawyers, Home inspectors, Mortgage brokers, Moving/Storage companies.
